1. Overview
The Team Freelance LLC operates on a fixed-cost project model. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
2. Before Work Begins
Full refund available. If you cancel your project before any development, design, or planning work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of your deposit within 7 business days.
3. During Development
Partial refund available. If you cancel during active development:
- We will calculate the value of work completed based on the project agreement milestones.
- You will receive a refund for the unused portion of your payment.
- All completed work will be delivered to you.
- Minimum charge: 20% of total project value (for setup, planning, and resource allocation).
4. After Delivery
No refund. Once deliverables have been submitted and accepted (or 14 days after delivery without written objection), the project is considered complete.
5. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 30-day bug-fix warranty:
- Report issues within 30 days of delivery
- We fix bugs at no additional cost
- Covers defects in our code — not requirement changes, third-party issues, or hosting problems
6. Disputes
If the delivered work does not match agreed specifications, contact us within 14 days. We will review and either fix the issues or discuss a partial refund.
7. How to Request a Refund

- We respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method
8. Exceptions
- Third-party costs (hosting, domains, API subscriptions) — non-refundable
- Rush fees — non-refundable once expedited resources are allocated
- Custom services agreed under separate terms
