The terms and conditions that govern our working relationship. Last updated: March 16, 2026
By accessing or using the services of The Team Freelance LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
We provide custom software development, web development, mobile app development, and related digital services. All projects are delivered on a fixed-cost basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes provided through our chatbot or by our team are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed in a signed project agreement. Quotes are valid for the period stated (typically 24–72 hours).
All projects require a signed agreement detailing scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms before work begins.
Changes to the agreed scope may result in revised pricing and timeline. All scope changes must be agreed in writing.
A deposit (typically 10–50% of the project total) is required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Payment milestones are defined in the project agreement. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding invoices.
Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property.
We retain ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable code libraries. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these in your project.
Projects may include open-source software subject to their respective licenses. We will disclose all third-party components used.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project delivery. This covers defects in our code, not changes to requirements or third-party service issues.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all work completed to date, and payment is due for work performed.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware, USA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
